What we collect
We only collect the information that is provided to us through the upload section of the website. The information uploaded may contain Personably Identifiable Information (PII) such as company name, machine names, external IPs along with other information. The specific information will depend upon the report that is being created.
What we do with the information
- The information is only used to generate reports based on the data that is uploaded.
- The information is not sold to third parties.
Security of the information
We take the security of your information seriously. The following steps are taken to ensure your data confidentiality and integrity:
- Data is encrypted on disk after processing is complete.
- The key used for encryption is generated at random each time processing occurs.
- We do not store the encryption key on disk or in a database.
- The encryption key forms part of the download link for the files.
- The lifetime of any document is 5 minutes. After this time, the download links will no longer work.
- After the lifetime of the document has expired, all documents (original, intermediate and final) pertaining to the report are deleted periodically.
